MMC " Primorsko " is situated 60 km south from Burgas city, between Primorsko and Kiten. Situated in a territory of 120 hectares, with unique micro-climate combining freshness of century-old oak forest and tender soothing rays of the Black sea sun, " Primorsko " proposes peaceful and healthy rest.

Wide beach stripe with sand dunes, warm and clean sea, unforgettable sensation in the proximity of nature leave a memory of romantic vacation for a long time.

Hotel "Neptune "is situated 200 meters away from the beach stripe. The hotel disposes of 200 rooms with two, three and four beds as well as four apartments, restaurant for 500 persons, discotheque, stores and pizza-restaurant. Rooms have balcony, bathroom and shower, table and chairs.

- It is allowed one adult to make use of the service on the same prices like children to 16 years. Every following adult announced in the group, conditions shall negotiate in advance.
- Approved groups, which will take part in the Festival, pay participation fee according to the application. For continuing stay after the festival days they shall pay prices indicated on the applied offer.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
The resort fee at the rate of 1 /one/ lv. for children and adults is being paid on the arrival in the hotel.
- Accommodation in the hotel is not later than 15 o` clock in the afternoon and the release of rooms is not later than 9 o` clock in the morning.
- For groups that arrive or leave the hotel is prepared a baggage section.
- Use of the hotel during the off-shifts from 01.09.2007 till 10.09.2007 is out of academy’s program.
- Animations during festival days from 27.08 till31.08 as well as folklore classes are according to the program of Festival.

INTERNATIONAL SUMMER ART ACADEMY

Let’s all sing and compete in singing, let’s all play and excel in playing, let’s all dance and out dance.

Organized for sixth consecutive time by "EUROGRADE”Ltd. and "EUROGRADE BG”Ltd. with the support of Primorsko Municipality.
From 07.06.2007 till 27.08.2007

ORGANIZER:
"EUROGRADE”LTD. is a commercial association focusing its activities on cultural tourism. The Society is registered by the law of tourism and has in its possession certificate of registration 04987 since 28.01.2005. Since 1997 the association holds out tourism and activities for children as well as entertaining show- programs for the children. Since 2002 there is also organized summer art academy which becomes international since 2003.
In 2006 participated 60 collectives from 11 different countries in the academy / Bulgaria, Russia, Buriatiya, Slovakia, Israel, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey/.
Since 05. 04. 2004 the Academy is registered in the Ministry of culture, of Bulgaria under reg. No. NCMD 00446.
By the same year "EUROGRADE” Ltd. is a member of the International folklore organization IGF and is its official representative for Bulgaria.

AGE GROUP:
The age group in the academy is to 19 years.
It is allowed to older participants to take part according to the conditions indicated in the offer.

CRITERIA OF PARTICIPATION
In the academy are able to participate folklore dance and vocal groups, instrumental players and solo- singers, as well as performers from other art genres.
It is allowed to groups to take part on the same conditions without performing on the concert's program.

ORGANIZATION:
The Academy includes 9 sessions in 9 days.
During each session 2-3 concerts are performed in Primorsko, Kiten and Lozenetz. They are also underlying in the program of Primorsko Municipality and Tzarevo Municipality.
Folklore formations participating in the concert's program should have prepared unique program continuing not less 40 to minutes and/or performance continuing 7 - 10 minutes.
In the program of sessions are included folklore and other performances by choreographers and professional actors , sport competitions and animations which are situated in the hotel where groups accommodated and on the beach.
In the end of each session the artistic collectives get diploma and souvenir for their performance in the academy.
There is assured a place for rehearsals and other works.
There are organized discussions for instructors of the artistic collectives and exchange of their artistic experience.
During the stay of groups there is a possibility to arrange for them excursions according to their preferences.
For groups` protection are assured security, medical service and life-guard.

REGISTRATION:

A condition to participate in the academy is to fill in application after the pattern /application 1/ where is indicated in resume artistic experience of the collectives and other information according to the reservation.
Application is confirmed by the subscription of the agreement and paying in advance 10 % of the performance `s fee according to the applied offer. You should deposit the summary with a bank on the count of the owner of the hotel "EUROGRADE BG” Ltd. or in the office of "EUROGRADE” Ltd.
To all that declared their participation will be delivered the program of the Academy in 7 days time.
The fee of participation includes spending night, 3 meals daily, work with professional choreographers and animations.
All additional actions against payment will be pointed out in the application and/or in applied price-list. They are not obligatory.

Organized for fifth consecutive time in Primorsko by "EUROGRADE” Ltd. and "EUROGRADE BG” Ltd. with the support of Primorsko Municipality
and Bulgarian Folklore Association

ORGANIZER:
"EUROGRADE " Ltd. Is a commercial association focusing its activities on cultural tourism and activities for children as well as entertaining show-programs for the children. Since 2002 it is also being organized Summer Folklore Art Academy of which The International Folklore Festival is a part since 2003.
Since 05.04.2004 the Festival was being registered in the Ministry of Culture of Bulgaria under reg. №. NCMD 00446
In 2004 8 different countries took part in the Festival and in 2005 and 2006 there were participants from 15 different countries.Bulgaria,Russia,Yakutia,Slovakia,Serbia,Georgia,Israel,England,Italy,Greece,Turkey,the Czech Republic and Romania, Hungary and Poland/.

This indicator ranks the festival among the biggest Folklore festivals in Bulgaria.

AGE GROUP:
Participants should be between 14 and 25 years old.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
In the festival are able to take part folklore dance and vocal groups, instrumental players and solo-singers.
The number of the groups, including accompanying persons should not be over 35 people.

Participating conditions require filling in unified application form (Application 1) consisting of:
1. Entertaining history of the ensemble
2. Performing video record
3. Color photos and advertising materials
4. Precise address, phone number, fax and e-mail to keep up a correspondence with you

Selection of groups will be carried out by artistic council based on the following criteria:
1. Application equivalent with the regulation’s requirements
2. Submission of application before the deadline-15.04.2007
3. Rich artistic biography
4. Unique national costumes, dances, songs and orchestra
5. Participation in other International events
6. Participation in other events and festivals organized by "EUROGRADE” ltd.

Each ensemble’s program has to include option for individual concert as well as participation in collective performances continuing 5 to 30 minutes.
It is recommended that ensembles perform with a live orchestra, if it is not possible you are allowed to make use of only studio recorded CD or audio tape.
Ensembles that the artistic council approved will be informed by 15.05.2007 and by the same term they have to deposit with a bank the participation’s fee on the bank accounts below.

ORGANIZATION:
During the festival duration concerts are being performed on open-air summer stages in Primorsko, and Kiten as well as on open -air stages in the area of the municipality.
A festive defile is planned in the beginning of the concerts on each of the festival days, exhibitions-bazaar of traditional souvenirs, demonstrations of national customs, meeting with the municipal administration and video and photo recording of the events.
The individual programs of participation as well as the programs of the festival days will be delivered to the collectives in the day of their arrival.
The organizers reserve their right to make changes in the individual programs after their delivery to the collectives if it is necessary.
The festival is non-competitive.
There are prepared diplomas for the performances and unique statuettes to all of the participants in the festival.
During the festival participants are entitled to a sleeping accommodation and three meals per day in hotel ”NEPTUN”- MMC Primorsko.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:
The fee for participation in the festival is 39 EUR per each participant.
It is due to be paid in 15 days time after organizers notify and confirm their participation.
Transportation costs to Primorsko and back are at the expense of participants.
Transportation costs during the festival days concerning to place of accommodation are at the expense of the Organizer (voucher for diesel fuel).
Collectives consisting of a bigger number of participants shall pay 11 EUR per person daily.
The Organizer allows participation which is not on the regalement only if participants pay all the accommodation costs-13 EUR per person a day. Participants who do not take part in the festival are taken for guests of the festival.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
It is allowed a free participation of folklore ensembles that are presented by organizations and persons who have relations for cultural exchange with "EUROGRADE” ltd. In that case conditions and terms are according to the agreement relations.
Authorization of free participation is allowed also to groups nominated with awards in events organized by "EUROGRADE” ltd. In that case the regalement of participation is according to the reward conditions.
The quota of participation in the festival is about 10 collectives from 10 different countries. Collectives that are not in that quota are able to take part when they first agree with the financial terms.

YOUTH FESTIVAL OF ARTS

Organized for third time by ASSOCIATION BULGARIAN FOLKLORE, "EUROGRADE”Ltd. with the collaboration of Sofia Municipality.
The Festival is a start of International Summer Academy of Arts /07.06- 27.08.2007/ during of which it is also being arranged International Folklore Festival in August in the city of Primorsko /27.08-31.08.2007/.
Excepting creation of festal spirits in the Capital, our purpose is to attract young people to accompany on preserving purely Bulgarian- customs, manner of life, tempers, old traditions- invaluable wealth for our way to the European Community.

Regulation
Age group
The age group for the Festival is to 25 years.
Criteria for participation:
In the Festival are able to take part folk dance and vocal groups, instrumental players and solo- singers, as well as members, groups and entertainers by other art genres. Members of collectives including the accompanying persons should not exceed 35 people. Program of each collective should include option for participation in assembly concerts longing 30 minutes. It is required ensembles take part with live orchestra and if it is not possible the use of simback is allowed only by studio recorded CD or audio tapes.
Playback performances are not allowed.
ORGANIZATION:
During the Festival concerts are performed on summer open-air stage in Sofia in front of the National Palace of Culture.
It is planned a festive defile before beginning of the concerts in each of the Festival days, exhibitions- bazaar of traditional souvenirs, demonstrations of folk customs, video recording and taking pictures of the performances. Program for participation during the festival days is given to the collectives in the day of their arrival. Organizers reserve their right to change any individual program after they gave it to the collectives if it is necessary.
The Festival has a competitive character only for Bulgarian collectives.
There are prepared diplomas to all participants in the Festival.
Expenses of staying during the Festival days as well as transport expenses are on the count of the collectives.
Accommodation is assured on the following conditions:
Sofia- hotel "Tchervena armia”, three stars: 12 lv.- spending night in a room with two beds; 16 lv.- spending night in a room with one bed; 2 lv.- breakfast; 4 lv.- dinner.

- artistic biography of the collective;
- precise address, phone, fax and e- mail for correspondence.
There are applied to it:

COMPETITION:
Classifying of groups will be realized by a commission in two age categories:
- child formations to 14 years
- youth formations to 25 years
in two genre categories, Folklore and others for:
1. Vocal- musician formations
2. Dance art
