DENATOP P/Z - antirusting acrylate enamel

DENATOP P/Z is single-component water-based semi-mat acrylate enamel containing untirusting pigments used for primers and top coats of metal structures, products and semi-finished products. It is made in RAL tinge or tinge per agreement.

Use: Surface treatment in metal-working industry, engineering, foundries, forges, repairing services, construction and other industries.

The enamel has excellent holding force to steel and galvanized steel and aluminum, very fast drying, excellent antirusting properties, chemical resistance, resistance to effects of UV radiation and weather conditions.

Surface preparation: The surface needs to be dry, free of any mechanical or greasy impurities and old coating and rust residues, not cohesive to the surface. Recommended surface treatment - blasting, degreasing, phosphating.

Paint application: The paint is supplied with consistency for application by dipping, air-spraying, high-pressure spraying or for mechanical application with a brush or roller. The enamel is ready for direct use, not to be thinned prior to the application. The temperature of air and surface for the application should not fall below + 15 °C.

Spreading rate: 7-10 m2 per kg and layer.

Packaging and storing: Metal or plastic packages with weight of 0,8- 200 kg. The paint is to be stored in original packages at the temperature ranging from +5 to +25 °C, minimum storage life of 12 months after the production date. The enamel must not freeze.

Safety and hygiene: DENATOP P/Z is not hazardous in terms of valid regulations. Use personal protective equipment and follow the personal hygiene principles when working with the paint. Ensure proper ventilation of working area. When spraying the paint, use respiratory protection. Rinse the stained skin with water and soap, rinse affected eyes with a stream of water, in serious cases seek a medical treatment.
