MOBILIZATION AND SOFT TECHNIQUES [ Medical cure ]

MOBILIZATION AND SOFT TECHNIQUES

Counts to manual medicine cures

Mobilization is an achievement, through which we affect joint moveability including the joint play. It is consequent, unforced renewal of joint at function disorders. Mobilization is carried out by repeated unforced movements heading the joint blockage (of limited joint play).

Indications for mobilization treatment:

  • clinical diagnosis of joint blockage backed up by additional examination according to the condition of the patient.
  • chronical joint diseases of degenerative nature (joint arthrosis)
  • traumatogenic conditions and conditions after long-term fixation (we also attend joints above and below the affected joint).
Soft techniques affect such structures like skin and hypodermis by smoothing, shaping, shirring, or pressurizing.

To the basic solutions of painful stages of locomotive organs we can count coverage of the muscle. Traditional therapy represents wide range of methods. From the most frequently used methods we can mention so called postizometric relaxation (PIR). Apart from that we also use so called antigravity relaxation (AGR).
