The bridge was built 1814 - 1816 after the Napoleonic wars and so in its piers are empty chambers for explosives which should destory the bridge if necessary.
It has three arches, the length is 37 m, width 6 m, height 7,6 m,
It spans the river Skalice, on the railing are eight statues.
